If I were you, I would avail myself of the free trials of some really good anti-spyware programs such as CounterSpy.

Try their free 15 day trial of the full system and see what it picks up.

It cannot hurt to try and unlike anti-virus programs, you can run more than one anti-spyware program on your computer.

Your computer is infected with some some sort of malware. Run scans with your antivirus and antispyware programs. If you don't have any in your computer, get AVG Antivirus free http://free.grisoft.com/ and Ad-Aware http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_a...
try to reinstall or see what where it go with the adware

just an advice to remove spyware try SmitfraudFix

but use it in the safe mode
