I use Mozilla Firefox, I have Yahoo as my homepage but also use Comcast for mail?

can I put a 'check mail' in my "tools" dropdown tab on the toolbar that would redirect me right to comcast mail?

I use Mozilla Firefox, I have Yahoo as my homepage but also use Comcast for mail?microsoft project

Several Ways

Method 1:

In Firefox make sure your your home page icon is shown in the navigation bar.

Right click on navigation bar %26gt; Customize %26gt; Drag house (home) icon to navigation bar if to is not there already.

Then you will set your home page to 2 pages per

Tools%26gt; options %26gt; Main tab %26gt; in home page enter

http://your yahoo.com | http://your Comcast.com

Addresses of sites must be separated by a separated by a pipe | Spacing by pipe is not critical.

Now when you press the home button both sites will open.

Method 2:

If you use the Yahoo toolbar it has an option to make up to 2 custom buttons.

Click on pencil icon on Yahoo toolbar %26gt; personal options %26gt; Add/Edit Buttons %26gt; Check your button 1 or Your button 2 %26gt; Click finished

Click on new button%26gt; on pull-down select edit button %26gt; Add button URL you want and select Button Icon %26gt; click save

Method 3

Right click on navigation bar and check bookmarks toolbar.

Bookmarks %26gt; Organize bookmarks %26gt; Drag saved bookmark for a Comcast mail and bookmark for Yahoo to your "Bookmarks toolbar folder"

Now you should show two new buttons on the bookmark toolbar. Right click on each and select Properties. Rename to a short name to save space.

Another thing you can do is to create new folders in the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder.

Clicking on the folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar will own a drop down list of the folder contents. This list can also contain folders with their own drop down list and so on. This way you can get hundreds of bookmarks in the one toolbar and not need several toolbars.

Go to Bookmarks %26gt; Organize Bookmarks

Inside your "Bookmarks Toolbar Folder" create a new folder.

Drag or copy/paste shortcuts into this new folder.

Now when you click on the new folder displayed on the toolbar you will see a drop down list of the contents in the folder that you can click on.

You can also add new folders inside your new folder. Each will have its own drop down list.

For Example:

Bookmarks Toolbar Folder

---Newspapers (folder)

............Local (subfolder)

............National (subfolder)

............International (subfolder)

---Media (folder)

............TV (subfolder)

............Movies (subfolder)

............Radio (subfolder)

............Music (subfolder)

You can also create multiple bookmarks toolbars

Or you can use the following extension

Toolbar Thinger

With this installed you can add as many search bars as you like. As many bookmark folders as you like. You can even add individual bookmarks wherever you like on your toolbars.

maybe you can bookmark? I don't have comcast so I don't really know.
Do you have a favorites list, like Internet Explorer, that you can add the comcast home page to? That is what I do now, with Internet Explorer, to go to comcast, my isp. But, on comcast, I have all my screen names go to my

first screen name and then I foward my comcast mail from that screen name to this screen name at yahoo.
Book marking your in box would be you best bet, but most web based email servers like Yahoo Mail will allow you to "pop" your email address with them you might want to consider doing that into Thunderbird. You should be able to find the instructions to do this in an options or setting tab in your in box with comcast.
