I already asked this question but I need more answers, its my first time starting Gym, need some tip

Hey,



Well I've turned 18 now and I want to turn my "average" body into something more ripped. I watched an episode of Sex and The City last night and there was this stockbroker who was giving Samantha tips (The actor was Victor Webster) and his body looked like the kind of body I want.



So basically I want my Abdominals to be shown, Bigger arms (But not too big, I don't want to look like I've been taking steroids), and lose the flab on my chest and turn that into muscle (pecs)



I'm going to be looking to go 3 times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. How should I approach it? What kind of stuff shall I be doing at first? And will I have the body I want by July/August? (Summer time...I want to stand out from the rest of these average looking guys and be eyeballed by the women! :P )



And nutrition, can someone redirect me to a site on what kinds of food I should be eating/drinking?



Also when I go out to parties I'm going to only be drinking Vodka w/ Fruit juice, nothing else.Good?
