Are there any cards that let you redirect a target of a spell ?

There are plenty of cards like that, most of them blue.

Misdirection is clearly the best, since it can be played for free.

Divert also changes targets and its really cheap.

Some cards like Rebound can redirect the target of a spell if it targets a player.

In standard the best card to do that will be WIld Ricochet, not only changes targets but gives you an extra copy of the spell.

Misdirection can do that for Blue..Its pretty high of a mana cost though at 3u 2b

You may remove a blue card from your hand from play instead of paying the casting cost of Misdirection

Target spell with a single target targets another target instead..

This is gatherer. You can insert certain things into the search box and it will search cards for you. I have inserted "change the target of target spell" and it came up with 11 cards.
