When I am shutting off Internet Explorer 7 I get an error message and I have to click on ok for IE 7 to turn off. Microsoft said to contact Yahoo to solve this problem. What do I need to do or where do I need to go to fix this problem. Thank you for your help.

It sounds like the Yahoo version. Try uninstalling that and go to cnet.com to download the non-yahoo version. It seems to run a lot better version.
