First of all make sure that you are authorised to visit the page you are trying to visit.

This generally happens for different reasons :

1) Incorrect programing

2) Incorrect server configuration

I think that few sites do that reditrection wantingly for advertisments.
Check for the spelling of the site.......like you might be typing googal on the place of google like that.....if its ok then you need a good firewall %26amp; spyware......let me know which site u are trying to open....
Its the website,not your computer.

Check whether it is happening for your PC or with others too. it will give you the info if there is an issue with that site. Along with this please set that website as your home page in Internet Options(Internet Explorer). And check if that website towards which you are directed are set as your home page or not. If you want to block that website you can it to restricted sites under the same option.
its happening from server side...you cant help if you didn't programmed the website...also check the domain name if its typed correct of not...
