When using google and opening the search results in internet explorer the result is getting redirect

When am using google in internet explorer to search something and when opening one of the search result its either getting redirected to some other site or the page cannot be opened. What should i do to clear this problem?

I tried resetting the explorer, deleting the cookies, temporary files etc., but still i have the same problem.

Please help me with this issue.

Adware. Go to Cnet.com downloads page and get 1: Spybot Search and Destroy, and 2: Lavasoft's Ad-Aware SE Personal. Both are free for personal use and great for getting rid of adware and spyware. You can update them free online periodically.
